Discovery & Needs Analysis
We conduct stakeholder interviews, review existing materials, and assess learner demographics. A formal Training Needs Analysis (TNA) document is produced to align all parties before any design work begins.
Goal Setting & Alignment
Performance objectives are mapped to business outcomes using Bloom's Taxonomy. We define measurable success criteria and get written sign-off from key stakeholders.
Course Architecture & Design
We build a detailed course blueprint: module structure, learning paths, interactivity types, and branching logic. This includes a complete storyboard with script, visuals, and interaction notes.
Visual & Instructional Asset Creation
Custom illustrations, infographics, job aids, and branded slide templates are created to match your organization's identity and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Media Development
Voiceover recording, video production, and animation are integrated where appropriate. All media is optimized for both desktop and mobile learners.
Interactive Learning Activities
Scenario-based activities, drag-and-drop exercises, simulations, and knowledge checks are built in Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent authoring tools.
Production & Delivery
Modules are published in SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI format and uploaded/configured within your LMS. We perform full cross-browser and device testing.
Assessment & Compliance Verification
Pre-assessments, post-tests, and branching remediation are validated against your compliance requirements. Pass thresholds and reporting metrics are configured.
Documentation & Handoff
You receive a full source file package, editing guide, version control document, and a 30-day post-launch support window for revisions.
